Online Sunday Worship

Online Worship for Sunday, November 26th

Welcome to worship at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. Each Sunday, our 11:15AM service is Live Streamed from our Sanctuary. All who join us online are invited to have your communion elements nearby for the moment in our service when we share Christ’s presence with us in, with, and under the elements of bread and wine.

Today is Christ The King Sunday, when we hear of Christ our King referred to as a Shepherd. In our Gospel reading, the Son of Man divides the sheep from the goats, according to those who did or did not care for the poor, the hungry, the naked, the sick, or the prisoner. In our reading from Ezekiel, the true Shepherd seeks the lost, lifts up the weak, heals the injured, and feeds the hungry. And in our reading from Revelation, Christ the King is the slaughtered lamb on the throne. With Christ as our merciful ruler, we go forth to declare his reign in our loving words and deeds.
