About St. Luke’s

Our Mission: Building Disciples Together with God

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church is a part of the South Carolina Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We trust in Jesus Christ as Lord, and we seek to fulfill Christ’s mission in Matthew 28:19-20,  as we go forth to make disciples, baptizing them in the name of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. St. Luke’s is a community that sets out to help the helpless and lay down our lives for one another, just as Jesus Christ laid down His life for us.

Our church is a friendly congregation, where all generations are connected together in Christ as we grow in faith, love, and service. We take seriously our Lord’s call to love our neighbors as ourselves, and we offer a safe space for everyone who walks through our doors, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.
